The Amelanistic morph of Fat-Tailed Gecko (Hemitheconyx Caudicinctus), is one of the most established and famous morph of this species. A collector of "Fatty" would never consider his collection to be complete without this particular morph. The description of this morph is a stocky gecko with a fat-tail that has alternating darker and lighter bands that possess either pinkish, orange or even purple hues on their body. Amelanistic specimens can also have tangerine bands alternating with pink or purple background. The most outstanding amelanistic specimen of this species would look like a mandarin orange with purple bands.
